Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Nano Mixer Pro Lifetime Deal ($19, one-time payment), operated by Nano Mixer and processed through Lemon Squeezy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Commitment: 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident purchasing Nano Mixer Pro. To that end, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your purchase — but only under the condition described below. We believe this is the fairest approach for genuine customers who want to evaluate the Pro features before committing long-term.

2. The Fair-Use Condition: The 5-Image Limit

Why We Have This Limit

Nano Mixer Pro is a digital software product with a one-time Lifetime Deal. Unlike subscription software, we do not receive recurring revenue — the $19 you pay is the entire economic relationship. The core Pro features (Pose & Prop slots, Burst Mode, Cloud Studio) deliver their primary value immediately upon purchase and use.

The 5-image threshold exists specifically to prevent “hit-and-run” abuse of our Lifetime License — a pattern where a user purchases Pro, generates a batch of high-value images for a specific project, and then requests a refund, effectively using the software for free. This type of abuse directly undermines our ability to sustain and improve the product for all users.

We believe 5 images is a generous and reasonable trial window. It is enough to thoroughly test every Pro slot (Identity, Outfit, Background, Pose, and Prop) and evaluate Burst Mode. If you are unsatisfied after a genuine evaluation within this limit, we will honor your refund without hesitation.

3. What Counts as a “Generated Image”

A “generated image” is counted each time you successfully trigger the AI generation and receive an output image — regardless of:

• Which specific slots (Identity, Outfit, Pose, etc.) were used.
• Whether the result was saved to “My Studio” or discarded.
• Whether Burst Mode was used (each variation in a burst counts as one image, so a single Burst Mode run counts as 3 images).

Once you have accumulated 5 or more generated images following your Pro upgrade, the $19 Lifetime License is considered fully utilized, and the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable, even if the refund request is made within the 14-day window.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund (within 14 days of purchase AND fewer than 5 images generated), please contact us at:

Please include the following in your email:

1. The email address used for your Nano Mixer account.
2. Your Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt.
3. A brief reason for your refund request.

We will verify your generation count in our system and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via Lemon Squeezy.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in any of the following circumstances:

• You have generated 5 or more images after upgrading to Pro.
• Your refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
• Your account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content).

6. Payments Processed by Lemon Squeezy

All transactions are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for the actual transfer of funds. Refund timelines are subject to Lemon Squeezy’s processing schedule and may be affected by your payment method.
